Helpful information to have for this phone consultation:

      - Date and time of your event.

      -Approximate number of guests you’ll be feeding.

      -Style of display you envision. (casual, special occasion, formal, show-stopper)

      -What is the occasion or event to be celebrated?

      -Venue or address where the event will take place.

      -Venue event coordinator contact information

      -Any theme or colors for us to incorporate in our display

      -Will the food display be held outdoors or indoors?

      -Would you prefer us to use our risers, baskets, rod-iron tablescape items, and white dishes?

        If so, you have a choice of how to return these items:

        A) Sweet & Savory Bites can return to your event at the end, clean up/box up leftovers for your            

             guests for a 20% of total invoice fee.

        B) You can securely return the items and rinsed dishes to 1162 Shelley St. NE, Canton within 2

             days of your event.

• Once we have an idea of your order, we will send you an estimate or an invoice outlining our services and pricing. If you agree with the information provided and approve, you can secure your booking with a 50% deposit of the total invoice amount.  Final payment will be due 10 days before your event. (Payments can be made at any time to your account before your final payment date)

• Invoices are sent via text or email, and can be paid by cash, check, card, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App.

• Expect a confirmation call 14-10 days before your event to discuss any last-minute details/changes. Please review and sign our Customer Service Agreement, returning it via email to: customerservice@sweetandsavorybites.com.

• Pick-up is available at 1162 Shelley St. N.E., Canton.

• Delivery is available for an additional fee

• Cancellations within 10 days of your event are non-refundable.

• If our table scape risers, non-disposable décor/dishes provided by Sweet & Savory Bites, LLC are used for your event, the customer is responsible for any damage or loss. We will coordinate with you or your Venue for the return of these items.
